I'm on the fence with this one. A card with dual that I would want to play on top of this one should not be losing. Thoughts?

I agree in the respect it shouldn't be losing. I think are some medium size Zords with dual, as well as some cool SPD rangers. Like the team card or that Shadow Ranger on turn 3. He can pull them from the discard, which make him solid. Why is this effect on a Mighty Morphin' card?
