The "power leap" so to speak is common in all card games. After the devs have tested the waters to see how the game truly works and how it is perceived by the fans they will up the power of the cards dramatically. This is to increase the action and the level of deckbuilding required.
The cadence of yelling "F#*$ this game" and "This game is G*&" Is not productive at all, and its offensive. If you're so angry, quit. Players who have this attitude create a negative community. And when our community is already sparse as it is, that does not bode well for all of us.
Cards will get better at varying speeds throughout the course of the ACG's life, its what it is. If I kept seeing mediocre Zords like the Ultra Rares in set 1, I'd be frustrated with the intensity of the game. I'm excited to see really strong cards like the Mighty Morphin' Green Ranger and the Red RPM Shark Attack Mode. They're great! They give MMPR decks and and RPM a solid kill card, and introduce new and exciting combos for both factions.
Especially in regards to the MMPR Green Ranger Ultra, this will force you to consider cards that just drop in play for free from different zones. The opponent's deckbuilding will be put into question when you face this card. Did you include a Triassic Ranger to make the MMPR card The Green Ranger is playing have to paid from his training area and he has to pay the full cost? What about the Dino Thunder Team Card? That stops any hope of the Dino Megazord hitting the board for free. Cards that weren't too fantastic are now ANSWERS for those "broken" cards.
Don't complain, adapt. It will make you a better player and a better person to play cards with. And everyone needs to stop cursing, kids play this game for crying out loud, consider that.
